Pricing depends on the type of service, the size of the space, and any specific needs. Our residential cleaning starts at $120, commercial services start at $150, and move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $175. Individual and specialty services are custom-quoted based on the scope of work. Contact us for a free estimate.
That's entirely up to you. Many of our clients provide a key or access code and go about their day while we work. If you prefer to be present, that's perfectly fine too. We'll do a walkthrough before and after either way to make sure everything meets your expectations.
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with professional-grade products and tools. Our cleaning solutions are effective and eco-friendly. If you have preferred products or specific sensitivities (allergies, fragrances, etc.), just let us know and we'll adjust accordingly.

We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We'll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
